Continuing its tradition of creating value-added services to help its clients in their business processing needs, Payrollpinas Corporation has developed new services, which are now being offered, at reasonable prices. This product is created for companies who want to cut back on personnel costs, while maintaining in its premises a staff who shall answer to daily and persistent queries from employees regarding their payroll. It also offers a real-time source of payroll information via SMS or email, with various package plans to choose from. Distribution of pay slips, Form 2316 or W2’s, delivery of bank advice and bank diskettes, remittance of SSS/Philheath/HDMF payment and submission of forms and accompanying diskettes, generation of Certificates of Employment, and SSS/Philhealth/HDMF contributions are likewise offered, at minimal rates.

ONLINE ATTENDANCE TRACKER

This product is created for companies whose timekeeping is done by various personnel. The use of this module facilitates uploading of timekeeping data as it eliminates submission of data to the payroll in-charge who shall collate these and send them to us. The data is entered directly in a web-based module, with the “look and feel” of a Microsoft Excel Worksheet for easy encoding. One click of a button would post all the entries in our payroll system and a copy of what has been posted shall be sent directly to the user’s mail inbox, in Excel format, which can be reviewed for errors or adjustments. A copy of such file is also automatically sent to the user’s direct superior and the payroll in-charge, who keeps track of the completeness of data. As this is web-based, data entry may be made anytime, anywhere.

VL AND SL TRACKER MODULE

Responding to majority of our clients’ clamor for this module, which is originally a part of our Human Capital Management; we have decided to offer this module as a stand-alone program, which can be incorporated with payroll. This feature is offered at reasonable rates and is helpful in the management of leaves, especially for large enterprises with a large workforce. This module eliminates overpayment or underpayment of leaves and, because such data is printed on the pay slips, employees can keep track of its accuracy and balances, without having to call Human Resources.

WEB-BASED PAYSLIPS GENERATION

Our clients may now choose to enroll their employees so they can get a copy of their pay slips anytime, anywhere. This is helpful especially for companies whose staff are mostly on field, and don’t have time to get their printed pay slips from Human Resources or Payroll Department. As past payroll data is also maintained, an employee only has to indicate the payroll period he desires to have a copy of his pay slip of, and such will be generated, with just a click of a button. He has the option to choose if he wants the pay slip printed or sent to his registered email address. As a security precaution, authorized personnel shall do the registration for all the employees of the company.
